Pictures and other info related to Delicate Balance (Andrews 56) doing the Spinnaker Cup in 2006.
Race starts at the Knox buoy in San Francisco Bay, rounds Seal Rocks near the Cliff House and proceeds
down the coast by Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz to finish in Monterey. The race is about 90 miles. We started at
12:05 and finished
at about 8:40 PM. Our average speed was about 12.5 miles per hour. At this writing, I'm not
sure how we did. However there were boats that finished in front of us so we didn't win.
I should have taken more pictures. If anyone has other pictures that they can send to me, I will post them

| The yellow indicates our actual track... unfortunately the battery in my GPS died before the start and I didn't realize it until just after we passed Half Moon Bay... Doh!... so didn't start capturing our actual track until then. The track then proceeds all the way back to Scotts Valley because I forgot to turn the GPS off on my way home!?... double doh! Could I mess this up any worse? |

| This is a picture of City Lights outside the gate... kinda windy huh? I only put this in here as reminder of just how windy it was and why there aren't any pictures of us leaving the Golden Gate Bridge area. We were near City Lights (but just out of the picture) when this picture was taken. | ||
